Service Description

Private lessons are tailored specifically to the needs and wants of your body. I watch your body closely throughout the lesson to provide individualized corrections and modifications. Private lessons offer a fantastic opportunity to dive deeper into movements that you may be confused about, to receive specific exercises for your independent goals, and to enrich your overall pilates practice. Privates can be scheduled flexibly around your agenda. Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and duet pilates lessons.
